Project Overview
For the Greens of Sylvania (property management company), we built a portal to allow tenants to pay their rent online automatically via credit card or bank ACH, as well as the ability to reserve the clubhouse and sign any required waivers.
Unique Solution
This solution allowed our client to manage their portfolio of town home properties all through an online portal as well as the automated application of late fees when applicable, uploading of certain bills which the tenants were responsible for; allowing our client to track everything in one place.
